Policies and ProceduresThe OPGA Policies and Procedures Manual is provided in a convenient PDF format. Many of the companies who have purchased the manual prefer viewing the PDF version on their computer rather than having a printed copy. While a printed copy is not required, the manual can easily and economically be printed by submitting the PDF file to any local printing or copying service. OPGA can also provide you with a printed copy. We do not automatically send a printed copy due to an odd regulation that requires us to charge sales tax on the full cost of the manual if it is furnished as a hard copy but does not require sales tax to be collected on the PDF version.
